A Favorite Memory With Melissa and Ron: Ron and Melissa are a lot of fun and very fun loving! One of my favorite memories is coming down to ride near Halloween and Melissa having the whole arena set up as a haunted trail course... complete with their new black cat!

My Testimonial: Kind... fair... and they LOVE the horses... It never ceases to amaze me how much genuine time, care and compassion they give to each and every horse in training. I never never worry about my horses health and happiness when they are there. Melissa makes lessons a lot fun... a lot of encouragement, laughter and good times, all while learning and improving toward the goals we talked about for my team for the year and beyond. Lastly, horseshowing with Ron and Melissa and everyone in our barn, is fun, friendly and so supportive... A great great barn!

A Favorite Memory With Melissa and Ron: After being with Melissa for so many years, there are many cherished memories.  However, my most memorable is making it to Amateur Trail finals and breaking over the right lead lope overs.  The first thing she said to me after emerging from the arena was “I’m so proud of you!”  Although I still felt disappointed she knew exactly what to say to make me feel better.

My Testimonial: Ron and Melissa truly love the horses. They’re not only concerned about the well being of all their show horses, but also ensure that the broodmares and retired horses are also well cared for.  Melissa has a natural ability to adjust her training techniques to effectively train the horses.  She also can coach various levels of riders to bring out the most of that individual.

How Many Years With The Zanetti’s: Since 2000

A Favorite Memory With Melissa and Ron: It’s hard to choose one great memory from being in the Zanetti barn, but the process of qualifying for the World Show and getting to show in Oklahoma is such a privilege, and is especially fun having Melissa as a coach. All of her positive support has given me one of the best experiences of my life, which is making it to the finals in Amateur Western Riding this year. I love the family I have whenever I go to the barn, and I could not be more grateful for them.

My Testimonial: I love Melissa’s program. Her ability to be both understanding and effective is one of my favorite things about her. Another one is her (very appreciated) habit of always looking for the silver lining. How she incorporates fun and competitiveness, as well as sportsmanship, makes it a constant and enjoyable learning process. I have learned so much from her. A Favorite Memory With Melissa and Ron: A favorite memory is when we started discussing selling my current horse and looking for a new horse, a horse that might help me move up in the standings, we talked a lot about how to sell and buy with the best possible outcome... and Melissa did it.  She completed the sale of my horse on a Tuesday and we purchased my new horse the same day.  Okay, this might be very unusual but that is the Melissa charm!!

My Testimonial: Over the few years I have been with Melissa and Ron, I have really gotten to know both of them. Through the difficult challenges and hard times I’ve had with my horse I can always count on them being there for me; they taught me how to accept challenge, takes risks, and not give up. It astonishes me to this day how calm Melissa is at horse shows. When the nerves are rising and I am stressing to get from the barn to my class on time, she always seems to keep her cool. How Many Years With The Zanetti’s: Since 2010

A Favorite Memory With Melissa and Ron: Ron and Melissa decorated the barn from top to bottom- including the horses who sported either reindeer antler's or a Santa hat.  They went all out to make the barn-warming holiday party perfect!  Dinner and a cookie exchange in the arena was a great opportunity to get the entire barn together and swap favorite horse show moments.  Its times like those where you take a step back and realize horse showing is not just about the points and prizes, but about the wonderful friendships and talented horses we have the privilege of showing.

A Favorite Memory With Melissa and Ron: My favorite memory is my first lesson.  I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Melissa and Ron and everyone at the barn was so friendly and welcoming, it didn’t feel at all like my first day there.  That first lesson was so much fun; Will had already learned new things and everything during the lesson was positive and fun.  I couldn’t tell you what we practiced in that lesson, but I remember feeling so happy and excited for the lessons and shows that would be to come with the Zanetti barn family.

A Favorite Memory With Melissa and Ron: When I went to Boot and Spur Camp, that was when Melissa orgnaized a camp. All of the youth riders in the barn came and stayed at Melissa’s house for five days and then every morning we would head to the barn and ride all day. This camp was where I became closer to everyone in the barn and my horse.

My Testimonial: Ron and Melissa make you feel like you are part of their family and that is the best feeling. I know my horse is just a youngster and we haven’t had him long but I know Melissa and Ron will help us go far. I am looking forward to a lot of work and a lot of good rides.
